We are therefore happy and confident to price match all treatments offered by other clinics on the same terms as ourselves.
Terms & Conditions
- The treatment/product in question must be offered on the same terms. For Laser, the comparison treatment must be offered on a Venus Velocity machine, not older machines or IPL etc.
- For Injectables, the comparison treatment may not be offered by an non-doctor practitioner including but not limited to a Nurse or Beautician/Aesthetician.
- Our Price Promise can be claimed against any local clinic within a 50 miles radius of our location calculated from WV9 5HD. Comparison with treatments provided in the Practitioner or Client's home are not permitted.
- The competitor clinic must have the product/treatment in stock with immediate availability.
- You must provide a printed or email forwarded copy of your comparison quotation to us for verification. Please send the quotation to: serenna [at] booshtox [dot] com.
- We must also have the treatment/product in question in stock and available staff to administer it.
- Gift vouchers are exempt.
- Typographical errors shall not apply. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other clinic's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.
- We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.
- The price being matched must include all taxes (including VAT)
- All Price Promise transactions are carried out at the discretion of BooshTOX.
- You may only claim your price match if mentioned at either the time of booking or prior to treatment at your first consultation with us in person.
- No retrospective claims will be regarded as valid.
- We reserve the right to amend/withdraw this Price Match offer at any time.
